With a daughter enrolled in culinary school in Seattle, this homeowner saw the perfect opportunity to leave Las Vegas behind and settle back into the bungalow she had already owned. But to make this transition truly work, the house needed a significant update.

At just the right size for her needs, the home still had to live larger than its footprint. Every inch was reimagined with intention. The front porch was absorbed into the interior layout to create a more functional and comfortable primary suite, ensuring she had a personal retreat within the space.
