The primary goals were to enhance the flow of the space, add warmth to the updated areas, and preserve the home's original charm. The renovation began with a full demolition of everything north of the dining table, including the removal of the wall separating the formal dining room and kitchen—a pivotal improvement that opened up the space beautifully.
