What You Will Get:
- Hourly wage $35-45+/hour- experience and performance-based, Paid twice monthly

A Few Other Must-Haves and Some Nice-to-Haves:
- Thorough understanding of building science and trade work (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Communication with the team and clientele
- Willingness to take direction and accept feedback
- Resourceful problem-solvers with a CAN-DO attitude
- Detail-oriented with high standards
- Must be fully tooled
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Pass a criminal background check
- Nice to Have: minimum 7 years of experience in the construction industry
What You Will Do:
- Manage Subcontractors
- Site prep, demolition, and excavation
- Rough framing and carpentry
- Minor drywall and tile
- Window and door installation
- Interior and exterior trim
- Cabinetry installation
- Install and maintain dust barriers
- Remove load-bearing walls and properly support structural loads
- Interpret Plans
- Layout and frame walls
- Build Decks
- Custom Woodworking
- Full-time, 40-hours per week with opportunities for overtime if desired
- Mon-Fri generally 7 am- 4 pm
